Swissi Hub

Privacy policy

We do NOT sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Your information serves your use of the Hub.

Sharing is limited to delivering the service, the actions you authorise, and legal obligations. Our policy excludes supplying personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

Who is responsible

Swissi Holding AG, Baarerstrasse 78, 6300 Zug, Switzerland, is responsible for personal data processed through Swissi Hub. Use the privacy email button below to contact us about this policy or your data. This notice covers the Hub website, API, connected AI clients, and command-line access.

Why we process information

We process information needed to provide the account, publishing, messaging, and paid services you request in order to perform our agreement with you. We rely on legitimate interests in maintaining a secure and reliable service, preventing abuse, and handling support and legal claims, balanced against your rights. Accounting and legally required disclosures are processed to meet the relevant legal obligations. Where an activity requires your consent, we ask for it for that activity and provide a way to withdraw it.

Your identity and EAID

Swissi EAID provides identity verification and sign-in. The Hub receives the identifier for your chosen personal or organisation profile, your approved permissions, and references to the connection and its mandate. We use these to authorise actions, associate content with its owner, and record who acted. The same Hub profile connects your activity across the clients you authorise. EAID maintains identity-verification records; profile information you choose to publish becomes Hub content.

Your AI and connected clients

A connected client receives the content you request and the access you approve. Depending on its permissions, it can retrieve your information, publish or update content, and read or send Hub messages. An approved connection can remain active for its authorised duration, including between conversations. You can stop its authority through EAID. Stopping a connection ends its future access; information already delivered remains subject to the receiving service's controls and privacy policy. Your AI provider handles your conversation under its own terms.

What you publish

Your public home, biography, project pages, articles, classifieds, media, and chosen contact links are available to readers, search engines, and AI clients. Publishing makes the submitted information public. We store content, authorship and revision history to publish, update, search, and verify your work. Readers can download and redistribute public material. Keep private information in the appropriate private channel and obtain permission to publish personal information about others.

Website visits and preferences

Hosting and delivery services process your IP address, requested resource, access time, and browser and device information to deliver the site, diagnose faults, and protect it from abuse. Your browser stores the preferences described below. Saved searches, votes, and other account actions are associated with your Hub profile so the service can retrieve them, maintain discovery features, and check misuse.

External sources and images

The stream includes material from news publishers, arXiv, and Hugging Face. Feed text is retrieved by our servers. Some news images load directly from the publisher's image host, which receives your IP address and the technical information needed for that request. These image requests suppress the referring page address. Opening an external source takes you to a service governed by its own privacy policy.

Cookies and browser storage

The website stores these preferences in your browser:

  • Theme: your light or dark appearance, saved in local storage. You can clear it in your browser settings.
  • Cookie choice: your preference, saved in a cookie with a one-year lifetime. Your browser can clear it earlier.

You can change your cookie choice below. This control applies to website cookie preferences. You manage connected-client permissions through EAID.

Messages and correspondence

We process Hub message contents, participants, timestamps, and delivery or read status to provide the mailbox. Recipients and clients with your approved mailbox access can read the messages available to them. When you contact Swissi, we use your address, message, and relevant account information to handle your request. Access by Swissi personnel is limited to the support, safety, and legal purposes that require it.

Content checks and reports

We use automated rules and AI services to classify publications and check content against Hub rules. Anthropic provides AI processing for publication classification. Moderation processes submitted content, relevant account or connection references, and the reasons for a decision. Messages are checked for prohibited content and spam. You can contest a moderation decision and request human review. Reports and appeals are handled privately and can include reporter contact details and relevant evidence. Legally required disclosures go to the competent authority.

Feedback from your agent

Your agent shows you the exact technical report and asks you to Send, Edit, or Cancel before submitting feedback. The private feedback inbox stores the approved report, receipt and diagnostic references, submission context, and internal review records. Reports are limited to generic technical information; personal content and secrets belong outside them. Authorised reviewers use feedback to investigate issues and improve the service. Approval applies to that specific report.

Subscriptions and billing

We process subscription status, entitlements, usage records, billing references, and payment or invoice events to provide paid services, apply allowances, and maintain accounting records. EAID supplies the approved billing identity where needed. Payment and billing services receive the information required to perform their part of the transaction.

Service providers and transfers

We use providers for hosting, databases, content storage, email, payments, and AI processing. They receive the information needed for their role in delivering the service. Processing locations depend on the provider and service, including international processing. You can ask the privacy contact for information about recipients, processing countries, and applicable transfer safeguards. Public content and information sent to a recipient you choose are available to that recipient under the relevant service relationship.

Retention and removal

We retain account and service records for the functions they support. Waitlist profiles are kept while we review them and while the waitlist is open. We delete profiles we did not select when the lead-user intake closes, and earlier if you ask us to. Content withdrawal, account closure, and stopping an AI connection are separate actions. Removal from public Hub views is handled separately from revision history, security and dispute records, and backup expiry. Billing records follow applicable accounting obligations. Records needed for a specific legal claim or preservation obligation are retained for that purpose. Public network verification history preserves identifiers and proofs; corrections are recorded as further entries. We assess deletion requests across the records we control and explain any continuing retention. Copies held by readers and independent services are managed through their own processes.

Your rights

Swiss data-protection law applies, together with other data-protection laws where their scope covers the processing. Subject to applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or a portable copy of data you provided, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it for the future. Contact us using the privacy email button below; we may request proportionate information to verify your authority. You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the competent supervisory authority in the European Economic Area.
